| A Note About Virus & Malware Removel |
| Most virus's and spyware encountered today is of the phishing variety. That includes common infections such as Look-a-like Anti-virus programs as well as the more traditional Trojans and key-loggers. Unfortunately, due to the way that these malware programs insinuate themselves into your computer they cannot be properly and completely removed via a remote session |
After clicking the accept button (above) you will have a file download dialog box open (In IE9 it will be located at the bottom of the browser window) if you don't see it - shrink your browser, it may be hidden beneath it. The client you are downloading is required for us to control your system remotely and must be allowed to be installed. It will uninstall itself after the end of the session.
Allow the file to run by clicking on the Run button. When it is done downloading to your computer it will attempt to install itself - please allow it to install if it asks you for permission.
If you are asked to allow it through your fire-wall, please say yes. It will not harm your computer.
